Lynx is a text browser for the World Wide Web. Lynx 2.8 runs on VMS, Un*x, Windows 95 and NT (but not 3.1 or 3.11), and on DOS (on a 386 or higher) via DJGPP. The current developmental version is also available for testing. Ports to OS/2 and Mac are in beta test.

Naken Chat is a public chat server written in C (originally in Java). It allows multiple people to connect to it and talk simultaneously to each other or in private messages. The goal of Naken Chat is to be as small and fast as possible using the least amount of your computer's memory with the most amount of features. The current size of the Naken Chat binary on a Linux box is about 38k after being "stripped". I've fully tested this program on FreeBSD, Linux, Solaris, Windows 98 and XP, and MacOSX.

With this browser you have the possibility to automatically - from MS-DOS - call into your Internet Provider via either a SLIP or a PPP connection. In this way, without using windows and with a relatively light computer (from 386 with 4Mb memory), you can browse the internet's WWW.
This browser supports about 80% of the most common HTML-codes. With the support of tabels, different types of Fonts, animated pictures, background pictures, gif/jpg pictures/images and much more.
