Individual blood sugar readings often make little sense against the factors said to affect them (e.g. exercise and diet). This is demotivating for those who follow the advice of health professionals.

This site takes such readings for one individual, covering a period of 2 years, and analyses them against various factors.

The results clearly support the professional advice, and can provide reassurance and motivation to those faced with readings which they see as being "all over the place".

While the results must be considered as specific to one individual, the general approach may be more widely applicable within the diabetic community.
