1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill Per serving: 2g protein, 1g fat, 2g carb., 111mg sodium, 2mg chol., 20 calories.
