Export Format Calves Liver Stroganoff diabetic, low-fat/cal, main dish, meats 2 tablespoon reduced calorie mayonnaise + 2 teaspoon reduced calorie mayonnaise 1 1/4 lb calves liver; thinly sliced 1/2 cup onions; chopped 1 cup mushrooms; chopped 1/2 cup dry white wine 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 dash worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon imitation bacon bits 2 cup noodles; cooked Brown liver in margarine. Remove from skillet, and keep warm on a platter in the oven. Cook mushrooms and onions until tender, adding water if necessary to prevent drying. Add wine, bring to a boil, reduce heat, add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, until heated through. To serve, divide noodles evenly onto 4 serving plates. Divide liver and place over noodles.
