Similar to Echobone. Replaces the old Filebone.xxx file. This file is written to facilitate RAID type configurations for HUBs/connections to the IFDC FileGate. It is not meant to show who is connected to 'what', or who may be carried by a particular service outside of the IFDC FileGate.
